How to use WardTrack effectively

WardTrack is designed to be simple, fast, and respectful of your time. The only data in it is what you put there and you can start using it immediately without worrying about accounts, sign ups, and anything else.

1. Add members

Start by adding ward members in the Members tab. Each entry tracks availability, participation, and basic notes.

  • Name and birthdate
  • Can speak, can pray
  • Active status
  • Calling indicator

2. Track participation

Use the Speaking Log and Prayer Log to record participation. WardTrack automatically prioritizes members who have not participated recently.

3. Plan sacrament meetings

The Meeting Planner allows you to prepare upcoming meetings or review previous ones.

  • Editable agenda fields
  • Speaker assignments

  • Lessons learned notes

4. Manage callings

Track current and past callings with start and release dates. WardTrack automatically calculates service duration.

5. Use reports

Built-in reports help leadership make informed, fair decisions.
