Calling Board for Bishoprics Visual Ward Calling Management

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

The short version

Calling Board for Bishoprics collects no data whatsoever. The app is entirely air-gapped — it has no internet connection, uses no cloud services, and transmits nothing to Bair Development LLC or any third party.

What data is stored

All data you enter into Calling Board — including member names, calling assignments, and any notes — is stored exclusively on your tablet using the device's local storage. None of this data is ever transmitted off the device.

Internet connectivity

Calling Board does not connect to the internet under any circumstances. There are no network requests, no telemetry pings, no crash reporting services, and no analytics libraries in the application.

Third-party services

Calling Board uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting services. There are no trackers of any kind embedded in the app.

Data exports

The only way data leaves your device is when you explicitly generate a PDF export. These exports are created locally on your device and saved to your local storage or shared via your device's standard share sheet — at your direction and under your control. Bair Development LLC never receives a copy of these exports.

Accounts and authentication

Calling Board requires no account, login, email address, or any other identifying information to use. There is nothing to sign up for.

Advertising

Calling Board contains no advertising of any kind and is completely free to use.

Children's privacy

Because Calling Board collects no data at all, there are no special concerns regarding children's privacy. The app is intended for use by adult ecclesiastical leaders.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here. Given the air-gapped nature of the app, any meaningful change to data handling would be a fundamental change to the product itself — not something we anticipate.
